What kind of service do you offer?
We turn your designs into web standards compliant HTML5/CSS3. Many people call this "PSD to HTML", but we support other design file formats as well. Our main areas of expertise are HTML5/CSS3, JS and all things WordPress. We code email templates, too.
How long have you been around?
We began in 2008 and have successfully coded lots of projects. We have over 10 years of experience in designing, coding and building websites.
What design files formats do you accept?
We accept PSD, AI, INDD, PNG and Sketch. If you have your files in a different format, please contact us. We’re sure we'll find a solution.
How can I get a quote?
It’s very easy. You can:

Can you guarantee 100% confidential service?
We guarantee that information about your company and project will not become public. For this matter, please check our NDA policy. If it is absolutely necessary for you to have your NDA documents signed, you are welcome to send them. We will investigate them and let you know whether we can sign the document and proceed.
Can I be sure that you won’t show my designs to anybody?
Rest assured! Your business is important to us and we care about our clients, therefore we won't do anything that might put you into risk.

How much time does PSD to HTML/CSS take?
The projects up to 5 pages are usually completed in 3 business days. However, it may take longer, depending on the project's complexity and the number of pages. We will inform you about the estimated completion time as soon as your project is accepted. Moreover, if you have a project that needs to be completed quickly, please let us know when filling the order form. Please notice that an extra charge for rush orders may apply.
Can we use the non-web fonts in design?
We work with Google Web Fonts, Typekit, Adobe Edge Web Fonts and @font-face to embed custom fonts. Just let us know which method we should use on your website and send us the fonts which you would like to be implemented.
Which browsers are supported?
By default our markup is compatible with the following browsers: Firefox 4+, Safari 4+, Opera, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9+ and iPhone and iPad native browser. If you need compatibility with other browsers (like IE8), please let us now.
What are your payment terms?
You need to cover the total cost when placing the order to get the project started. Unpaid orders won't be taken into process. You can acquit your payment through PayPal.
How can I place bulk orders?
Bulk orders (over 19 pages) are treated like a custom project, charged on an hourly basis. They can be made through our contact form or directly by our Talk team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us the details of your project and our support team member will contact you.
How does money back guarantee work?
We guarantee to give you the money back if:
- We can't carry out your order,
- You cancel your order before we start working on it,
- You are not happy with the results when reviewing the project on our developing server.
Note! The refund is NOT issued if the request for the refund was received after the project *zip files had been sent or after the installation on the client's server.
How does free 30 days support work?
The support period starts right after the project has been delivered. During this time you can reach us out with any problems with the code. You can extend it to 90 days by ticking the relevant option in the order form. When the support period is over, you can purchase additional support time.
