What are the minimum server requirements?

Your server has to run at least PHP 5.3 for our plugins to work. The plugins work with popular modern browsers.

Why can’t I see my Coming Soon page?

By default, the Coming Soon page is visible only to unlogged users, so that you can work on your website and show coming soon page to your visitors.

If you are logged out and still can’t see your Coming Soon page, try clearing your browser’s cache or opening the page in another browser.

If the above doesn’t help, check if there are any WordPress caching plugins installed. If so, try flushing their cache.

How do I get a refund?

If a plugin doesn’t meet your needs, you can contact us for a refund up to 30 days after purchase.
