Step 1. First contact
Send us your project requirements and assets via email or quote form and check your inbox for confirmation. Within 24 hours, your dedicated Project Manager will get in touch with you. The PM is going to be you main point of contact and will be responsible for all matters concerning your project, like information exchange, assigning developers to tasks, managing the budget, time and risks.
Step 2. Project review and price estimation
Your PM and assigned devs will review the materials you send over and provide an initial estimate of costs and development time. At this stage, the PM may have some questions that will help to clarify the functionalities and element behaviors. We want to make sure we are 100% clear on the scope of work before we provide you with an estimate. We’re always open to discuss your project on Skype or in person.
We may also offer some additional advice, like suggest a more efficient, or just simpler, solution. If we notice something that can put your project in jeopardy, we’ll certainly let you know about that! You don’t need to be an expert on technology – you can count on our advice, based on best practice and experience.
Step 3. Agreement
Once we agree on the terms, we set a convenient start date for your project. If you’re concerned about confidentiality, we can also sign an NDA before we receive any materials from you.
Step 4a. Development
Your project is in progress – we carefully code your designs to impress you! 🙂 Developers code the project chunk by chunk and pass it on to QA. If we get any feedback at this stage, we update and QA the chunk within the current iteration.
Then the devs move to another chunk.
You can rest assured that all the deliverables are safe. Everything is password-protected on our servers and each project has its own domain.
Step 4b. Project Management
We strive to come up with a process that will be the healthiest for the product and the budget. We’re not alien to Scrum or Kanban, but prefer to tailor the process to our clients’ needs. We find such flexibility produces better results than following a single and fixed methodology.
Depending on your needs, we can arrange separate sessions for sprint planning, daily scrums or review meetings. We can send over project updates a few times or just once a week. Or, we can deliver the final product without you having to take part in any additional calls or meetings.
Step 5. Quality assurance and delivery
The coded chunk goes to our testers, who check if it is compatible with your requirements and designs. They also test its performance across different platforms and devices. When the project is ready to be handed over, you will receive the filepack or have it installed on your server by our developer.
Step 6. Post-development support
Our customer experience and post-development support are the essential part of what we do. You have 30 days of support. During this period you can contact us if you want to report an issue – we’ll take care of it.
